If the firm is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a duplicate payment was processed.
To request a refund, clients must:

Provide proof of payment and details of the issue.
Allow us 7 business days to review and process the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
Court fees, government charges, and third-party payments are non-refundable.
Any service that has already been initiated or completed will not be eligible for a refund.
